Accurate Box Company is one of the largest independent manufacturers of litho-laminated corrugated packaging in the United States. Established in 1944 and women-owned since 1998, we are a fourth-generation, family-owned business that excels in creating innovative, high-quality packaging solutions. Lithographic Printing Capabilities

We offer lithographic printing capabilities with up to 7 colors plus UV coating in a single pass on both small and large runs while achieving 200-line screen. We provide four different flute profiles (B, D, E, and F flute) and a variety of paper weights to customize packaging solutions that meet your specific needs.

Our packaging is 100% recyclable, sustainably sourced, and printed with eco-friendly inks. We’re committed to reducing our environmental impact by continually evaluating and optimizing fiber use and increasing recyclables, without compromising performance. Additionally, we leverage rail freight and negotiate competitive backhaul rates to minimize carbon emissions and ensure cost-efficient nationwide shipping.

Our in-house graphic design and structural engineering teams specialize in developing packaging that excels on automatic filling equipment and stands out in the marketplace. Our quality team also provides box analysis services to help select the ideal flute profile and paper weights for your product. State-of-the-Art Manufacturing

Everything is manufactured in our 400,000 sq. ft. facility, located just 15 miles from New York City in a HUB/UEZ Zone. We utilize the latest technology, including Koenig & Bauer Planeta printing presses, Bobst Asitrade laminators, Bobst die cutters, and Bobst folder-gluers. All tooling (plates, dies, and proofs) is made in-house providing quicker turnaround and tremendous flexibility at significant cost savings.

All of our packaging is 100% recyclable, sustainability sourced and printed using eco-friendly inks. As an SFI® and FSC® certified company, we ensure that our paper is sourced from well-managed forests, controlled sources, or reclaimed materials.

Our sustainability team actively monitors emissions, waste, and environmental risks, driving continuous improvements across our operations. We also work with a third-party sustainability company to assess our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) footprint, and we participate in global sustainability platforms such as CDP and EcoVadis.

We continuously invest in the latest energy-efficient machinery to optimize production, resulting in reduced waste and greater operational efficiency. Located in New Jersey, our facility also benefits from the state's carbon-efficient power grid, and around 20% of our electricity is from renewable energy due to our 2-megawatt solar panel system. By housing all production processes—sheeting, printing, laminating, die-cutting, gluing—under one roof, we further reduce our carbon footprint and increase operational efficiency.

We also implement environmentally responsible practices through back-haul shipping and utilizing rail service. This plays a crucial role in significantly reducing transportation-related emissions. In addition, our choice of carbon-efficient paper mills surpasses the industry average, minimizing our overall environmental footprint.
