Our offerings include Duty Free bags, Pre Opened bags, Polymailers, Cash Security bags, Specimen bags, Retail bags, Resealable bags, Pallet Hood covers and other innovative packaging solutions. In response to evolving market demands, we introduced a novel product line in 2023 tailored to meet unique requirements of food packaging.

Located in Daman, approximately 170 kilometers from Mumbai, our vertically integrated manufacturing facilities uphold stringent quality management protocols, producing around 14400 MTPA from top-tier polymers. Committed to perpetual modernization and expansion, we have embarked on a greenfield project in Vapi, India (3kms from the current facility) which is slated for completion by August 2024. Spanning over 180,000 sq. ft., this state-of-the-art facility will double our annual production capacity up to 28800 MTPA.

Dhwani prides itself in innovating and staying ahead of the market, we do this by investing in modern technology which helps us convert material using the latest sustainable technology that the industry has to offer. Sustainability is the key to the future acceptability of plastic packaging and Dhwani offers the follow solutions:

1. PCR & PIR material – due to our robust partnerships in the communities around our factory premises, we are able to source good clean scrap that is then recycled inhouse using our state-of-the-art recycling machine, which ensure consistent pallets. Using these pallets Dhwani is able to offer upto 100% PCR & PIR bags. We are GRS certified and are constantly trying to add more recycled material to our offerings.

2. Compostable film – we have partnered with BASF in Germany and use their PLA and PBT resin to product 100% compostable films. We currently offer home compostable solutions upto 30 microns and industrial compostable solutions upto 80 microns. We have a fully functional compostable mailer solution. 

3. Biodegradable films – biodegradable plastic is a very tricky subject with various solutions in the market from oxo biodegradable to material which attracts microbes (in various conditions) to biotransformation. Dhwani has active partnerships with multiple additive suppliers and can provide a solution which is tailored to your preference with the appropriate certification. 

4. Bio based films – another growing trend in the industry has been to source resin derived from bio based stocks instead of oil based products. We have partnerships in place to supply material derived from a variety of bio-based fuels such as sugarcane, corn, cotton and a variety of other bio based stocks. We can provide certification for whichever material the customer decides to go ahead with. 

5. Paper products – Dhwani has recently started making paper mailers with a bottom gusset. We are in the process of investing in machinery that can make side gusset mailers and then expand into thicker hardboard mailers and other ancillary paper packaging products. While paper has a higher water and carbon footprint than plastic, Dhwani is there to support the sustainability goals of all its customers. 

6. Recycling - In March 2018, Dhwani installed a 400 kg/hr recycling line in accordance with its vision for an environment friendly, greener and sustainable future. Not satisfied with recycling its in-house scrap, Dhwani has launched programs to buy back used plastic packaging from its customers and use it to make innovative end products.
